Để tạo bảng tổng hợp hiển thị dữ liệu 4 tuần qua (tức là 4 tuần luân phiên), bạn có thể thêm cột trợ giúp vào dữ liệu nguồn để gắn cờ các bản ghi trong 4 tuần qua, sau đó sử dụng cột trợ giúp để lọc dữ liệu trong bảng tổng hợp. Trong ví dụ được hiển thị, ngày hiện tại là ngày 25 tháng 8 năm 2019 và bảng tổng hợp hiển thị 4 hoàn chỉnh trước đó. Trong bảng tổng hợp được hiển thị, có bốn trường trong dữ liệu nguồn: Ngày, Bán hàng, Tuần và Bộ lọc. Bộ lọc là cột trợ giúp có công thức gắn cờ trong 4 tuần qua. Tuần là một cột trợ giúp trả về Thứ Hai cho bất kỳ ngày cụ thể nào (chỉ để thuận tiện). Bán hàng là trường giá trị và Tuần đã được thêm dưới dạng trường Hàng để nhóm theo tuần:

Công thức được sử dụng trong D5 (Tuần), được sao chép xuống, là:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Công thức này trả về thứ Hai trong tuần cho bất kỳ ngày nào đã cho.

Công thức được sử dụng trong E5 (Bộ lọc), được sao chép xuống, là:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
